Digital level hole relay without probes. Level control according to the intensity of consumption of the submersible pump, with self-calibration and recession of hours of operation of the electric pump.

It is not necessary to install level probes and includes the Intensity Transformer (TI).


Applications

Level control through the current consumption of the pump motor without the need to use level probes.

Protection against:

  • Water shortage (adjustable water wait time);
  • Shortness of breath in the expansion vessel (protection against successive starts and stops);
  • Low and over voltage (selectable);
  • Electronic thermal trigger control against overloads, phase failures and motor connection failures.

Operation

After closing the pair of contacts (B3 – B4), the digital level relay (RND) starts the pump. The RND will measure the consumption and if the value is higher or lower than the nominal value, it will turn off the electric pump due to a thermal trip or lack of water.

If the pump motor consumption remains within the nominal value, the pump will operate normally.

In the case of a thermal trip (overload) or lack of water, the pump shuts down and the information of the thermal trip or lack of water appears respectively on the digital relay display.

In case of alarm it will close the respective contact.
